The とうぎんアプリ is the official Android app provided by 東北銀行. This app allows users to conveniently access features such as "Balance Inquiry" and "Transaction History Inquiry". It also provides the option to make payments for taxes and public fees.

Even for transactions not available in the app, such as fund transfers, users can easily access internet banking through the app's homepage.

Please note that even for supported devices, there may be cases where the app does not function properly depending on the smartphone's usage status.

Before Using:

1. A cash card from 東北銀行 is required to use this app.

2. The maximum number of accounts that can be registered in this app is 5.

3. If you change your device, please install the app on the new smartphone and register again.

Device Change Procedure:

After performing the necessary operations on the old device's app, install the app on the new device and follow these steps:

1. Open "App Settings" in the old device's app (bottom of the screen), and proceed with "Delete Account" followed by "Delete Device Data".

2. Install the app on the new device and select "Already have an account" to enter your account information and start using the app.
